What is the Price of Indica – Xeta in Mumbai and what is the milage it gives with & without AC?
Tata Indica Xeta looks beautiful. Has more leg space in compari – sion to the Alto & Santro ? Which of the 3 cars is economical, safe and comfortable for City and long distance travel for tall people like me? People sitting on the back seat too should be comfortable and last but not least tell me the name of a good motor driving/ training school in Ghatkopar – Mumbai

I pay about $60 us for an ounce of Indica but the price varies from place to place. Call your local police department, they can probably tell you.

While I have not done this myself, ensure that you do a kit with a tank – that is, do not use the kits which use the cylinder. Using LPG is typically safe, but can be hazardous in case of accidents / bad maintenance. Vehicles are known to have spontaneously burst into flames, and in at least one case I know, without even giving the occupants time to escape. That is a very, very rare occassion, however.
I do not know about engine health on Xeta, but I recently saw a Maruti Esteem which has done close to 80000 KM on LPG. The owner does NOT use LPG in city – only on long runs / highways. The venicle was very quiet, and the typical sound associated with vehicles running on LPG was absent.

You must be above 21 years of age but below 58 at the END of the loan…
You must have a total annual salary above Rs 1 lakh per year.
Upto 90% of the ex-showroom price can be financed according to a dealer equation called the Loan to Value (LTV) ratio.
If you have another person on the loan, they will figure in that persons income, also.
The other person can be the spouse or son/daughter living in the same city.
( The car still has to be registered in the name of a single owner…)
You must have Application form, Photograph Proof of bank account continuity, Bank signature verification, One income proof for the last two years (ITR, Form 16, salary slip), One proof of identity (driving license / voters’ identity card / passport / PAN card / photo credit card / photo ration card), One proof of residence (laminated driving license / voters’ identity card / photo ration card / passport /utility bills for the last 3 months /company ID – limited company or government / PAN card).
The rules are different if you buy one as a business…
